Binding LOI to merge with Canadian Company, page-7

Howdy Strangers!!!!

Had to dig through the bowels of nabtrade to find I had 250,000 shares before de listing.

This means i would now have 12,500 shares.

What I'm wondering, is the number of shares on issue in the "Implied" 20m mcap (of which we will own 3.5%)

Something is telling me I will end up with an investment valuation of 4 lentils.
