No wonder I don’t hold any shares in this company.
It’s gone quite unnoticed that the directors plan to allow for a ‘cashless’ (FREE!) conversion of their options to shares in the company.
Whilst very lucrative for the lucky directors, what an embarrassment for them and a very bad reflection of who they are.
