By a few weeks. Is it a big deal? I don’t see how it is embarrassing in any way. Antigen is just one part of AT1’s business. It might take them a little time to make applications, at the cost of developing their whole business. 3 new patents, HIV, Febridx, OHM, a lot more going on. I’m fine with a later approval than Patonic that if it means they have a diversified income stream.
