Absolutely zero chance of a specific and relatively small opportunity like PEP11 making it into our Govt’s comments in Scotland IMO.
However, I think very likely our Govt’s address will be highlighting importance of Gas in the transition, and the importance of CCS as a key technology in the solution set. Maybe even the possibility of highlighting the unique importance of advantaged opportunities that can integrate all of gas production, hydrogen generation, and CCS together in a single development.
This will help set the stage, basis and reasoning for progressing opportunities like PEP11 back home, IMO.
