Clean lithium developerLake Resources NL (ASX:LKE; OTC:LLKKF) released today new research by Euroz Hartleys on the company, highlighting the upside potential for Lake with the development of its clean lithium technology.

Euroz Hartleys has initiated coverage with a 'speculative buy' rating and a share price target of A$1.28 per share, highlighting that Lake is an industry leader in direct lithium extraction (DLE).

"We initiate on LKE given it is an advanced DLE developer. It remains high risk as it moves towards development, but unrisked it has big valuation upside. Lithium investors should also follow closely as an industry leader in DLE," the report states.

@Fantasyboy this valuation of $1.28 is very conservative due to the following reasons as per the report;

1. Discount rate of 12%… that’s very conservative
2. Pricing assumptions well below spot price
3. Cost of $6k is well above $4k in PFS
4. At spot price with above discount rate and cost (which are questionable) valuation is $2.92

I am looking forward to your OTC update…wondering whether in ASX retail investors panicked a bit yesterday. Should bounce back today IMO
