In the s.708aa Notice is slightly different diction with the sentence ending ...and any other jurisdictions in which Lynas decided to make offers.
I wrote to company and am waiting for confirmation that the offer is valid only for aus/nz residents.
If not I am willing to double my position for I am several years with Lynas.
