Share price recently revisited our original buy in range, and I took the opportunity to add some. Some bot activity which surprised me, particularly on the Sell side yesterday.
Being quite a thinly traded stock, with significant holdings in the hands of management I wondered why it almost seems there has been attempted manipulation, initially to push it up twoards the SSP, and now down again.
With the quality and now quantity of real estate together with geographically diverse businesses to compliment development of same I am a positve holder, however the price action has surprised me.
Even the decent land holding connected with the Western Sydney Airport Development, though still a few years away from fruition (~2026), will bring it's reward and beneficial exposure I expect.
Morgans are bullish but insights from longer term holders than I or others would be welcome, thanks.
