Problem is, there are no EWC shares... They are trying to register a public company but that's still in the making.
So yes, they are borrowing money. And it would appear to come from Edelweiss in Geneva who in turn would most likely source it from OFS Capital Group in Hong Kong. And these guys would somehow get it from unknown sources.
We shall find out more in the next episode. So keep watching. :-)
