The point was also made to both Board members - Australia is where the shareholders / investors are.... this is where the the communication and ongoing support for the company comes from - ADO was dreaming if they thought Australia wont be affected by the Pandemic...

So it is not like the Chair and the board did not think of it..it was openly discussed and then discarded...

Yes it is easier in hindsight - however shareholders are currently being asked whether to vote the current Chairman in for another 3 years -
