I've seen many people who suffer stage fright OR are challenged by having talk in front of others, after exposure to Toastmasters I've seen some improve out of sight, others just can't get there even though in their work-lives they can be quite successful. A better delivery would have been preferred, then again, if this is what the market is reacting to - pleased to see how sensitive the market can be - great for those who believe in Reds future!
