Punters need one or two sentence Yes or No.
Simplesest is to : Release the data and ask two Universities in Germany that have Hydro department to make some comments for a small donation to the faculty.
Becuase cut and paste documents from unknown people does not answer any questions and is as suspect as cut and paste information in the short report.
