Yes, L1 have been able to get in at a very nice price here but will also need to move the needle above $10 to make a subsequent investment worthwhile (or even make the initial one work). BUT what I really like here is that L1 would have done their homework and DD to make a decision to take this stake. This means they like what they see and can see a significant upside and future liquidity to find an exit..
As always, we wish they had done it at a higher price etc etc.. But on reflection this is a good sign in my opinion.
