The recruitment could snowball from here. I would imagine the reticence in recruitment has been partly, maybe even largely, due to concerns by potential candidates about the safety of the trials. Once a few have participated in the trial without any apparent side-effect health issue, then that becomes a "selling point" for the recruiters in encouraging others to participate. Hence the snowball effect. Now fortunately we are dealing with a trial procedure that under the established protocol ( refer the ANZCTR trial documentation) extends for only 28 days at the Australian sites. The last part of the testwork involves sending the tissue sample to the USA for the Magsense imaging evaluation. So adds maybe a couple of weeks to the overall test period. So we are not testing say a new drug which can takes a year or several years to fully establish whether it works or not. We on the other hand have an answer within say 6 weeks. For all we know the tests on some of the multiple enrollees may have already been completed, certainly the first one back in May of this year has been well and truly completed. Had there had been any safety issues, or if the Magsense imaging was less than effective, I don't see IBX would have continued with the enrollments, or may have paused .
