Again, the 47% tax rate is NOT "non-existent", as you claim.
It absolutely applies to your trading income, IF your other taxable income is $180k or more. See my last post. Read it twice.
If that applies to you, and you DO NOT realise those gains, you will not have to pay 47% of those gains in tax, as I laid out.
