It was always so. Good news - SP goes down.
The next step up goes to higher highs.
Could be more buyers want in on the news, and sellers see a market.
No good trying to sell your shares if the market won't absorb them.
If selling a large parcel, you have to offer a discount.
I'll stand corrected however if I'm wrong.
