    Some people just got impatient and could have been expecting more in the quarterly report announcement or maybe just needed the cash, anyway, nothing has changed in the overall scheme of things - the sell-side is still pretty light on up to 5.7¢ so no point in panicking!

    Everything hinges on EXIM coming to the party - FWIW I'm still confident of a positive outcome!
