I don't like the last paragraph of director's report re: event post 30 June 2021. Nothing have arisen since 30 June 2021 which significantly affects the Group's operation and state of affairs in future years. What does that mean?

this will be sold in 2021 or not really. many more years to go? CR coming perhaps?

half glass full interpretion would be - this tech will be sold/commercialized by end of 2021 as they have stated repeatedly. ALthough i note that lately the timeline has not been mentioned explicitly , instead just "closer to commercialisation of the tech"
