Hi mate directors are humans like you and I, what ever they decide with their shares is their business.
In relation to the annoncements if you read all the Price sensitive announcements from March this year to July, there is lot in the pipeline that is going on that market needs tu be updated on.
I think SOR has been affected mostly by the pandaemic along with Universities hence I feel there are delays.
Lot of stocks ended in Red today, just another hairy day on ASX realm, it will get better
