The industry has a lot of RRAM competition. All the majors are sitting on RRAM IP already.

All of it is filamentary like your mob...
That's a lot of competition... Dadi and Coby are definitely far, far from lock.

It will not be impossible for them to compete. But they don't have anything exciting yet. They would simply be acquired if they did, or would have a tier 1 partnership. Hopefully that comes soon - it will be the single best confirmation that the major players think they have anything worthwhile.

4DS is the only non-filamentary RRAM type out there.
The next closest thing is CeRAM. And they are at imec too. And have formed a company with ARM Research called Cerfe labs. They are fairly stealth atm too... just like 4DS.

Something about the best technology in the world lasting for long before being picked up, acquired, joint venture, joint development with a behemoth tier 1 juggernaut just does not smell right now does it...
