I am probably reading too much into this (the halt has got me clutching at straws like the rest of you), but if I'm not mistaken, could the new provision regarding dividends point to a potential shift in strategic direction? I.e, a longer term, potential licensing route?
I understand that all these decisions were probably made well before the TH, and that fact could have changed things significantly, giving this AGM a "who cares gib money" vibe to it.
