Just to clarify: for me, the present utility of speculation is fun. I enjoy joining in and whilttling away the time while we all wait to find out what's actually happening (no one can trade, why not have a stab). There's an element of camaraderie there too, people having their turn sharing their pet theory, etc, etc

I get that some find speculation irritating, but hey - you can't please everyone.

i.e. 105 patients

• 35 on placebo
• 35 on 25mg (same as PIIa)
• 35 on higher dose

It was very specific, so I doubt they were making it up?

That said, the company has talked a bit about combination therapy. Most recently I think it was in relation to the MCRI collab? Probably more of an outside chance that it'd be part of IIb haha
