Anything is possible relax. I dont pay attention to prime broker affiliations as they often use multiple. As for CS and holding 19 mill in the annual report, thats now 13 mill. Most of the 6 mill sold has been recently and is the reloader. May well be Alceon. CS took a huge stake in the 2019 CR. 30 mill plus from memory. Fluence never mentioned Alceon until late 2020. BNP began loading up early 2020.
BNP have never been active on FLC apart from the EMC IPO. I find it interesting they have loaded 25 mill on market since feb 2020. I have all the data showing this. I doubt its for insto/soph trading purpose. Im thinking its a custodian account for a single holder. Its nearing 5% so if it is a single holder and they continue buying, we will know who soon.
