This looks like a good capital raise for the company.

The $5M should allay some concerns over cashflow and hence allow potentially some more of the December options to be converted. Once again that inflow of cash (and imminent announcements) should assist and allow the short term options just issued to be converted. All these addition shares and the previous Mercer sell down should then allow addition cash to be raised through Mercer to bring them back up to 5%

Given all this eventuates the manipulation of the shareprice would have minimal impact on the company and allow time for further development of commercial strategy.
