they didn’t adjust to get it approved. They had applied for the constrained area right from the start as per their own communication:

”Per previous communication1, to expedite the mining right process at the time of the application, the Company constrained the mining right footprint relative to the prospecting right to minimise the impact on interested and affected parties.”

Why was the prospecting right area quantity of oz was always quoted right up to 1 week after the mining right grant? One has to wonder…
