They got a bridging loan with the banks to buy Boral, I assume it the case they made with the banks that excess capital will be return to SVW from Boral once they are in control and they pay back the banks.
I don't think they need to acquire any more Boral, 70% you effectively in control, they need to bed down all their asset now and start getting synergy
and deliver the next phase of growth.
They have plenty of work in their hand, Energy, Constructions, Infrastructure and media
I hope Ryan will get rid of Seven media though it will be tough when Kerry is still around, he has a soft spot for the old media
