It is just FUD, but J cap released it at the right time because VUL was running hot after this months gains. Wouldn't be surprised if it wipes October's gains not too concerned though, easy come, easy go.
But honestly, there was no useful criticism in the FUD report that we couldn't get from the risks reported by Vulcan already. I knew when I invested that it was a PFS, and there's still a lot of risk all the way up to the point of actually drilling: but it's a speculative investment, not a conspiracy lol.
