Lodestone has had a very interesting 18 months or so , with a revamp of the Board and a new direction into csm.
Worth a look at its Annual Report released today.
It must be a real coup to have attracted a major shareholder of the calibre of Oliver Lennox-King , who is Chairman of TSX listed Fronteer Development Group(FRG:TSX). Their share price has risen from a 52 week low of C$1.55 to be currently trading at C$4.55 .
Lodestone has a 52 week low of 1c and a high of 18c , last at 17.5c. Oliver Lennox King is an investor in Lodestone in his own right , and nothing to do with Fronteer , at least as is best known .His investment might be small change as far as his total wealth stands. So whats the point of this then ---just a hunch that success often follows success, looking at the Charter and recent performance of Fronteer , and the way Lodestone is going about its csm gas discovery goals in Qld .
LOD is drilling now , and the quiet share accumulation that has recently occured since the pullback to 12c , is very encouraging on a fundamental and technical basis .
Interesting times if it breaks 18c and a new high --which might be sooner than later , with the Statutory Reporting now done. Maybe wishful thinking ---but sometimes just 'following the money'can have benefits . Interesting aside to read that Fronteer , which has a market cap of $C 547M ,has a focus on the ' acquisition ,exploration and development of mineral properties '. Maybe it has no interest whatsoever in a potential csm gas Project in Qld ---but what an excellent pedigree of a major investor to have on board , if and when Lodestone need to raise development funds if their Projects have drilling success. Idle thoughts to reflect on cheers
