This company listed as Phosphate Australia (POZ) in late 2008 as the phosphate boom was tampering off a bit. The company worked the project to it's currently production ready status, before then focusing on other projects as the rock phosphate price dropped. The company has had the project forsale for sometime but i suspect the current phosphate investment environment and a rapidly increasing phosphate price may see the project re-evaluated. Current MD has done an excellent job not to dilute shareholders over a considerable time period always working to create shareholder value. If you consider the value of all GIB's assets the company is very undervalued and a bit of a bargain.
