Well said.
My only concern with LVT is loss of clients. I know they claim to be pivoting towards larger clients since june qtr which explains the loss of clients over last 2 QTRs but i would really like to see a break down of licences instead of clients on their reports. Hard to judge what kind of clients we are gaining vs losing when we dont know licences.
Also this pivot towards larger clients will have an affect on per licence revenue. We might have gained in per client revenue but its the licence revenue that matters in my opinion. United health and nestle are paying about $3-4 per licence per year when previously indicative price had been 3-4 per licence per month. Last years average licence dropped to $10-13 per year.
Maybe someone with better Saas knowledge can explain the benefits of larger low paying clients vs smaller higher paying customers.
