TOP and TEK claim to be activist holders but they appear to have become lazy - just take a look at the rip off going on at Skyfii - a company the Thorney group have been invested in. Executives there are gifting themselves the company through poor corporate governance and the granting of 10 year 1c options. Thorney as a substantial shareholder is asleep at the wheel and is not lifting a finger it seems.

I wonder who the Thorney analyst is that endorsed Thorney putting so much money in the capital raising? They clearly didn't do their research and have now lost 40% of their money.
