if what has been mentioned is correct and there is a 7 for 1 rights issue being offered to existing shareholders (with options option) then you should receive an offer to participate in this via whatever communication method you have in place with the company (typically email or post). The offer booklet will confirm the qty of rights shares in this offer and advise you of the payment methods, like Bay, to proceed within the timeframe to participate
