And so it has finally happened. After over 6 years of hearing ‘ production is expected to restart next quarter, shortly, permits are imminent…! PSA has finally abandoned any pretence of knowing what is happening. They now say that it will restart about 3 months after permits are issued. With the caveat that the naughty Houthi are now close so who the F…. Knows what is going on.
