James, their announcement re. the rights issue said it was oversubscribed if applications for shortfall shares were included. They then said the Board would work with Indian Ocean Capital to determine the final allocation of any shortfall shares - we still don't know anyone who got some of the inevitable- albeit tiny- shortfall.
