I agree that getting in on the open is risky, but it differs from stock to stock and based on what news and information is around, take MOG for example on Tuesday, opened after really good news 50% up to .12c, I thought then it would be a huge risk as the retrace would be close, but missed the boat and it shot up over the day over 350%. But on the other scale you do have the CNP example Waz gave where it goes the other way and retraces quite quickly.
It really depends on the stock/news/over or undervalued/recent trading and the overseas markets.
It is a risky game and yes highly addictive, good luck to you
