Yeah agreed, if they had only of gone after 10mil for "Working capital" i wouldnt be particualy impressed, but they have gone for the motherload and using it to further derisk the project. Which in my humble opinion will lead to less dilution in the long run as financing will be significantly easier to get the further the project is derisked.
