My thoughts as well shimmer.IGR has been artifically held down by instititions in the hope of getting there hands on a cheap capital raising.Management is aware of this.Believe the capital raising will be at a premium to current price.The institutions are in for a rude shock.More results due as well if i am not mistaken.
