The negativity is coming from the way this was handled i think. Scotty can say that he wants to minimize dilution to shareholder in addition to saying saying that they have partners at the ready then stump up a 25% dilutionary raise at a 17% discount to the current price. Don't say you want to do something then do the opposite.
Do people forget that the last raise at 42c stopped momentum and saw a retrace to the 30's- took 5-6 months for it to recover. 1 year later, we just start strong momentum going for another run with significant milestone NR to come and bang a significant raise adding 25% additional stock on market. Timing is everything and unfortunately this is the second time timing has been very questionable.
The only saving grace is the 2 tranches so less of a shock on market.
Yes cash is needed, yes this is an exciting stock etc etc Long term hold etc etc Nickel, green bla bla.
Maybe I'm just impatient but I want to see the number 1 in front of the price before the years up.
