Incredible to think GCY's own lawyers made such f#$k by not placing superior proposal termination clause in the contract.
There's grounds to at least adjourn the 2nd court proceeding to a later date.
Now GCY BOD have indicated WGX T/O is a superior proposal, the TOV panel will surely be able to interject on behalf of GCY shareholders.
