IMO cap raising is scheduled for early next year after nasdaq. It would be bad press to have external forces turn the companies hand to do a C/R now.
The only reason being and logically, the end of the last quarter should have seen an ann regarding signing of the volume machine manufacturer. This did not occur and has not happened yet.
If there is an unscheduled C/R then it will possibly be due to some upfront funding needed by manufacturer, for say insurance. Although this is usually done by issuing stock to external company.
Thoughts? Don't we luv a trading halt, especially after a good insider trading buying spree the day before!!!
