    It's a situation where one battery manufacturer has dumped the shares in another battery manufacturer/recycler.

    That isn't a great sign of confidence IMO.

    DLG was in a position where she would make money on the battery side of the business & the investment side of the business through the shares. She's dumped her shares & the battery sales are going no where now for how long?

    In a true business partnership, both companies invest in a 50:50 joint venture and fund development, operational, sales cost & then share the profits. You certainly don't dump the shares of the company you're partnered with. Why would they do that?
