What a great day to be a holder of VR1. Welcome to all holders, new entrants and watchers.
I will be honest with you, Ive been especially concerned how the market would react to todays quarterly. We all have expectations of where we thought Vection would be at with their figures. Theres been a couple previous which were lower than us holders had hoped. It was great to see the market jump on todays positive results & then a massive churn at 0.105 with substantial support now at & above 0.10. 0.105 has acted as huge resistance for us this past 6+ months… It would be great to see it in the rear view. With a bit of luck next week we will gain more insight on company progress via the Investor Presentation this coming Wednesday, with possibility of additional ASX announcements on any number of fronts any day now.
When you think about it, the $2.8M this quarter is pretty impressive keeping in mind it’s a substantial jump from $1M the previous quarter & the fact this quarter includes less than 2 months of revenue from JMC. Not to mention, only 6% combined is from the new Healthcare & Automotive verticals which although gaining traction are yet to have much impact on revenue to date. At this rate, with only a very slight increase & similar cash burn by this time next quarter Vection is on track to be break even if not cash flow positive which is amazing for a tech co in this early stage & so much potential. Plus cash in the bank & very low cash burn which considering the expansion in offices & employees is outstanding.
If we were to continue the remaining of this financial year, even at same as this $2.8M quarter, then we are on track for $11+M revenue which is outstanding for a tech company with market cap of just 10x that (even after todays rise). That being said TCV of $5M already between Q1 June-August and management on track to meet their expectation of $20M by EOF then there is substantial upside here surely.
Keeping in mind in addition, we have numerous avenues for increased income beginning with the recently established Automotive & Healthcare/Pharma verticals which IMO have massive potential. These, in addition to the upcoming Autodesk Revit mainstream release & the admittedly vague, yet potentially very lucrative Cisco Webex partnership (both of which are possible retirement makers on their own). Each once implemented are highly scalable, international avenues for absolutely massive recurring revenue. On top of all that, we have the reality of another expected acquisition likely to add to income when its announced. Not to mention existing partnerships that we know of & others that we don’t as yet.
Either way we are in the hands of one of if not the most exceptional leadership teams on the ASX. They are constantly addressing & delivering on new markets as they recognise them amongst partnered industry giants which in time VR1 will most certainly also become. Our tech is being sought out for collaboration & then promoted for us which is incredible.
Its hard to avoid all the talk of the VR/AR/XR space such as the suggested upcoming transition from internet to Metaverse, industry 4.0, online training/education, todays Facebook name change, the massive investment into AR/VR glasses & reality that in the near future glasses may well replace phones & pc’s which will allow most business & shopping to be conducted from wherever you are at the time. Etc, etc.
I figure the longer the snowball runs down the mountain, the bigger is becomes. I am fortunate to have been here for some time now, it feels like its been forever coming, but the reality is Vection is just like a snowflake at the top of the mountain, still in its infancy now. Its the only true ASX listed VR stock with numerous international partners & clients, news upcoming & attention coming from all areas in multiple potential virtual markets that (unlike the real world) have no boundaries or limitations.
Its my personal opinion this is the potentially the largest opportunity for a lifechanging stock I will ever find. I couldn’t think of a better place to (stupidly or not) park 100% of my investment money. Time will tell how silly a decision that was. I plan to hang round here till at least retirement… all going to plan should only be a couple of years from now with a bit of luck. If not, I will hide from the mrs in the virtual world till it does. All the best holders & watchers.
