    As i stated previous i could not agree more with Davids last post, It does seem a lot for very little action and even smaller results. I wonder if the delay in regards to a JV or working partner is more about compatibility rather than about ability. I believe in being careful in decision making but procrastinating can leave you on the platform and missing the train
