I would imagine Nigel is relaxed and looking forward to moving onto funding and construction.
It is important to remember the ML will get approved if you comply with the series of conditions that need to be signed off. Once these are done the only person that needs to sign the ML is the minister of mines Antoinette N'Samba Kalambayi.
We met all conditions so there won't be an issue.
