You could go on? How? You have written a tome reinforcing the exact bias that you accuse 'people' of holding.

Ever ask yourself why? A profitable business is one that is self sustaining, so why did the previous owners allow this gem to get run down to the point of becoming non-functional?

What it really is, is a buzz term that has serious costs attached to it - just what is needed at this time for an operation that is already unable to keep its head above water!

"Volt has plans to provide working capital for the ZG business when it is satisfied that the group companies charters (constitutions) area ppropriate for shareholder, board and executive management to operate and make decisions within an appropriate organisation structure with clear delegation of authorities, appropriate internal controls and transparent reporting" (sic).

REALLY? Hey, shouldn't they have done that BEFORE forking out shareholder's cash? Isn't that what 'due diligence' is supposed to be about?

"Do not transfer a cent until you have appointed your own executives..."

Ya THINK? And yet the company shelled out 10 mil BEFORE these arrangements were in place - apparently, without yet establishing the certainty of being able to run the show!

No it's not! What is clear is the exact opposite - your idol, Trev, is clutching at straws in a desperate effort to flog a dead horse.

"Now and again it is worthwhile to take an objective view rather than seeking to reinforce your view or bias."
