the 1tcf = $1b us was touted back when gas always less than $2.50 and now it's $5.65... I'm not saying double the value but there must be an increase in the $1b per tcf.. either way I don't wanna jinx he company cause lots of shit can happen between now and $$$ landing in our accounts... I've long since learned to temper my expectations with things outside my control.. saying that, looking at apartments by the beach as we speak... lol
