    In most fields incumbents disregard newcomers and there ideas so could be a bit of that from semiconductor experts.
    But it does seem like where getting close to shit or bust monument which I for one are glad off.

    We get an offer maybe a counter offer best outcome or they get no offer need more cash new partner to continue, shit or bust.
