Hi mate, I think you're missing why block 4 caused the price to appreciate so much.

if it was any other block which caused a 60m mc pre drilling I'd agree it would be silly.

However kirkland needs block 4 if they want to extend the mine life at fosterville.

It's known that the high grade shoots which have gives most of the ~650koz/pa production dip into block 4.
Kirklake was doing deep exploration in that area before they lost the block.

Id say the block is worth bare minimum 100 mill to kirkland likly much more.

Aside from the above its also a large block of relatively underexplored land that hosts some of thr highest grade deposits in the world.

sure there could be some profit taking but 60m is not overvalued.
