Vic Alexander gets a $531,000 extra incentive to his salary related to his performance.
Since 2002 revenue declined, losses have jumped and the share price has gone from around 20c to .04c. The last year has been terrible and he gets a lift in renumeration from $308,000 to $884,000. Its got me buggared.The company is bleeding because of his bad decisions and he gets a pay rise.
I think this company has huge potential,its products are very good and timely. I dont know how far it can go with the stench of bulldust that lingers with Mr Alexander.This indulgence is ablight on the those who allowed it and a prime example of why shareholders need/deserve more power in renumeration decision making.
