I think that we need to be mindful that hotcopper is a free site. As they say when you sign up to a free site you are the product. So ask yourself who are we being served up to? Well the professional short seller is one such group. I joined another site and their criticism of HC was that it was loaded with people who were trying to move stock prices. If you want a better standard of discussion well honestly you are going to have to pay. It would be nice if we all had Warren Buffett standards but I dont think that HC would be part of Warren's tools to analyse stocks.
