Without doubt the single largest impact on profitability, or cash burn as it turns out, has become shipping costs.
Volumes shipped will reduce because no producer is going to continue to run at full volume and ship at a loss for very long.
Suspect that applies to most commodity producers that have to ship elsewhere ATM.
Either shipping costs continue to drop, which it is encouraging to see the last few days drop, or commodity prices will have to rise to compensate. Maybe a mixture of both.
One bad quarter doesn't make a trend, but little doubt the environment needs to contimnue to improve.
